Brunch (12pm)
2F3 + 200ml Water +200ml Soymilk
Teamix +250ml Water

Dinner (5pm)
Spaghetti chicken meatball
teamix + 250 ml water

Supper (10pm)
1 KFC chicken wing
3 sip strawberry
3 spoon coeslaw & mashes potato
3 pcs nugget



Weight: 66kg (lost 2kg!)
